any tips about quality

hi plz any one who knows just try to answer u r answer will help so much do any one knows tips to increase the quality i mean may be i use 16:9 mood in premiere or any lighting help any methods i must take care about to get best quality from my d8 cam and also i wana ask about festivals do they need better quality thanks alot
